Technical Characteristic:

1.Withe the help of Z42 series conveyor line, it realizes automatic molding machine.

2.It uses two sides molding pattern. One time action can finish molding both upper mold and lower mold. The molding quality is good and hardness is over 90.

3.It uses proportional valve to control hydraulic motion which makes the work smooth and reliable.

4.Using new guiding appratus to guarantee no dislocation of upper mold and lower mold.

5.Stainless hopper and heating device prevent sand from sticking on it.

6.This automatic molding machine  is easy to change the pattern plate,saving lots of time.

7.It uses open software which is good for maintenance and update.
