Introduction

     Dust gas dust from the lower part of air inlet into the dust collector at the bottom of the gas box and was preliminary treatmented, and then from the bottom get into the case on the dust removal indoor. Dust was adsorbed on the filter cartridge appearance face, filtered clean air through cartridge filters into the case on the clean air cavity and was discharged.

    With accumulating dust more and more on filter cartridge appearance,increasing the equipment running resistance, in order to ensure the normal operation of the system, the dust collector resistance limit should be maintained at 1400 ~ 1600 pa inside, when over the limit range, should by PLC pulse automatic controller through the constant resistance or timing issue commands, clear grey. The dust soot cleaning process is to cut off a chamber body net gas exports, so that the indoor air flow static and compressed air pulse inverse blow out dust, soot cleaning after several seconds by the natural sedimentation, then open the room body net gas exports, not only soot cleaning thoroughly, also avoid the blowing ash removal of dust produced by secondary adsorption, so one chamber systemic soot cleaning.
